Hansa Yellow Medium is a high-tinting organic pigment that retains some of the lemon brightness of Hansa Yellow Light, with added warmth and depth by leaning ever so slightly towards orange. Considered the perfect yellow, Hansa Yellow Medium offers more control when mixing. Painters admire the purity of this primary pigment and adjust its temperature while avoiding a gray from a hidden complement.
GOUACHE swatches are painted in three sections across black and white surfaces. The top is mass tone straight from the tube; middle is 1:1 paint and water; bottom is 1:1:1 paint, water and Titanium White.
